My mission is to enhance the health and well-being of women through the various stages of their lives. I am dedicated to promoting self-exploration, building community and sharing inter-generational knowledge. I endeavour to offer a nurturing and sacred space for women to explore their physical and spiritual evolution.
I have been practicing yoga for almost my entire womanhood. Through each stage of my life, yoga has offered me a space to meet myself. When I was pregnant, pre-natal yoga gave me the opportunity to close a chapter and start a new chapter in my life. Yoga gave me the tools to meet the challenges of labour. It gave me space to meet the changes in my body. When I lost my father, yoga gave me the opportunity to find spirituality within myself. When I became a mother, I had a profound practice where I met myself on the mat. I completed a 350-hr yoga teacher training Ajna Yoga in 2013 and am on my journey to complete an 800-hr yoga therapy program. As I journey through my life as a daughter, a woman, a wife and a mother, yoga has been my handbook to journeying closer to my authentic self.
